recruit GM that is not around you all the time in real life LOL. recruit other that is not abusing. i think you know this and saw it everytime they play at your shop.

About Having a none related GM Staff:

the good things about having a none related friend gm staff, will avoid some game issue's
for example, none related gm staff will have some respect in each others and also on players.., it might also uplift the server more
if all staff has any kind of backgrounds that can contribute on the server...., couz of related gm staff other gm might get lazy due to friendship relation..
(kaibigan ko n man ung admin eh kaya na nya un ... saka wala naman ako background sa server.. eh)

Abount Having a related GM Staff:

the good things about having a friend related gm staff is a 100% trust y? cous you already know her/him and you can trust her/him that he wont do any thing childish that can make the server down, and none related gm has a 80% chance that they might f**k up your server... try to huck the admin or do something wrong with the server...



Opinion: For me , it doesn't matter if it's none related nor related gm staff, that make the a server better , it's about how do gm staff are being bond.... on each other , doing there task......, and there contribution on the server.. as a staff ..........and as a player......... so help me god... hehehe lol

haha.. i dont think so.. you and your co related gm know all the answer about this.. stop using different character and amuse other player that you can own when GMs get angry and use some stupid item just to won. ok? no stupid children will react on this.
