Account Issues:
If you have any issues regarding your in-game account, submit your ticket to this department.
Donation Issues:
If you have any questions or issues regarding your donation or the donation process, submit your ticket to this department. Be sure to include your payment information (processor used [PayPal, Amazon, etc], date of payment, amount, and the email used).
Ban Inquiry:
If you think you've been banned wrongfully or wish to dispute your ban, submit your ticket to this department. Be sure to check the control panel before asking for ban reason.
Abuse Report:
Found anyone scamming? KSing? Impersonating? Doing a fake dupe scam? Report it in this department. (Please include screenshots.)
Miscellaneous / Other Inquiries:
If you have any other concerns, submit your ticket to this department.
Ticket Bumping
Do not bump your tickets. The ticket system sorts in chronological order, so we will get to your ticket in the order it was received. If you bump your ticket, it will be closed without any consideration.
